SpaceX Launch

Post by Ben Mullin »

SpaceX is going to try launching their Falcon1 rocket again this evening. I was watching the webcast yesterday when the countdown was terminated at about T-1:30. I plan to watch again.

Launch window starts at 6:00pm local time and the webcast should start at about T-60:00.

Aborted at t + 10 seconds. Lots of smoke but it looks like it shut itself down.

Looks like they didn't scrub and launched about 8:00 pm local time. Appears they had a problem with roll control on the second stage and they did not achieve the desired orbit.

You can find a video on their website.
