2013 Camping with the Stars

The Minnesota Astronomical Society invites you to the 6th annual Camping with the Stars taking place at the Eagle Lake Observatory located within Carver County Baylor Regional Park, about 45 minutes Southwest of Minneapolis (3 miles north of Norwood-Young America).

Events begin Friday evening July 12 at 7:00 pm. Speakers are scheduled Friday and Saturday, door prizes, raffle prize of an 8' dobsonian telescope, pot luck picnic for MAS members and registered campers and MORE!!

Call the Carver County Park Office at 952-466-5250 to register and reserve your spot.

As of now the weather looks promising with temps in the 80's and the chances of rain less than 30%. We currently have 97 registered campers and I expect more to sign up this week.
