Don,
Setup for public nights usually starts about an hour before the scheduled time of 7:00 PM. Since today is the first of the season a few members will be going out this afternoon to clean and get things ready. Your welcome to join us and we will appreciate the help. I'm planning to be at ELO around 2:00 to help with some snow removal. We will be taking a dinner break before the star party ( around 5:30 ). You can follow the conversation on the Onan Observatory Discussions forum.
