On the home page, the "read more..." links for all 3 Featured Events return a 404 error.

The links on your post are actually on the U of M Bell Museum website. (I misunderstood and assumed the bad links were on our forums)

I emailed the U and requested the information be revised.

Double bonus points for finding bad links on other websites!!! You're half way to Hawaii…

Keep 'em coming.

Yes, that's best to get other websites to use the proper links. What I was suggesting (if it's possible) is to re-route an old link that may be on someone else's website, such as http://www.mnastro.org/events/showonanpublic.php and redirect it to the proper place on the new site, in this case http://newsite.mnastro.org/events/elo-p ... r-parties/ That would automatically correct external references.

BTW, the newsite link to elo public star parties worked at one time, but currently returns:

Star parties content

Most of the links under Events are currently not working for me. Only a few pages seem to work: Astronomy Day, Virgo Venture, and Camping with the Stars.

I filled out an outreach request form a couple of days ago, and I still haven't had it forwarded to me. Are those forms being forwarded somewhere?

I'm still unable to stay logged in. I don't know how many people have the same problem - others who have reported is here are Ric, Craig and Deane.

The problem is not limited to shutting down my computer or even my browser. I find that even if I'm logged onto the forum, if I open the forum in another tab (in Firefox), the second incidence of the forum requires me to log in again. Maybe this information will provide a clue to what's going on. :?

For me it happens in safari or chrome, in my mac, iPad, and iPhone.

Ditto on what Rick and Jim have said. My user ID and password are still there, but I still need to log in. The "log me in every time" button has no effect.

I have tweaked the cookie settings for the board. Delete your cookies for mnastro.org and try now. Let me know if this helps.

How do you get from the Forum to the main menu?

I would like to see the agenda or speaker for the monthly meeting posted somewhere prominently. Right now I cannot find it.

Otherwise, I think the new web site is excellent. Good work!

Clayton,
Your tweak solved the "stay logged in" problem for me, without any action required on my part.
Thanks!

On this page http://newsite.mnastro.org/about-us/newsletter/ the links to Gemini issues are not working.

Update: This problem has now been corrected. Thanks!
