While gathering information on my StarSense equipment I came across this Celestron beta tester group link: http://teamcelestron.com/index.php
It is open to the public to join and it contains a wealth of information about the various levels of firmware in mounts and accessories as well as giving you access to the developers for discussion and inquiry. Also it contains access to Beta code should you need it to fix a particular bug.
