ALCON 2018 - Bell Museum Preview

Post by markjob »

By now I assume every member knows MAS is hosting ALCON.

We have opportunity for 11 persons to have a preview of the Bell Museum, including the planetarium next week before the Bell opens to the public. During ALCON we have a field trip at 10 AM on July 12, 2018, Thursday. You do not need to be registered for ALCON. Just let me know via a response to the post. You can pay at the door or send a payment to the MAS PO Box.

There is parking on site for $4.

If you are interested please contact me. Tickets are $20. First come, first serve.

Clear skies,

Mark

Mark,
Is it too late to change my Bell Museum to Thursday morning? Right now I'm scheduled for Wednesday. If it's not too late please do so. I would now prefer to get to ELO a little earlier on Wednesday night.

Thanks

I am scheduled for the Bell on Wednesday I am
Registered and paid my $20.

I would like to go directly from work since I work very close to Falcon Heights. Do I need a pass to
Attend or can I just show my proof of payment ?

Bob - I will let Jerry know - no problem. It actually helps us as we have too many people Wednesday and we are short on Thursday.

Proof of payment would be just fine. We also have lists of people registered.

Hi Everyone,

We have about 8 spots open for this field trip.

IF you just show up at the door and you are not registered for ALCON. Valts will ask you for a $20.

Thank you all for your patience and support.
