University of Minnesota geologists believe a massive meteor crashed into what is now Inver Grove Heights about 500 million years ago.
They said the diameter of the crater now buried under ground is about 2.5 miles wide.

Maybe we can invite the Geologist at some point. We may see something presented at the Geological Society of Minnesota.
