WANTED: Items for Celestron Advanced Series GT 9.25 SCT

I have purchased a Celestron 9.25 Advanced Series GT scope and mount which is missing some components. I also have some other wants so I thought I would check with the MAS membership to see anyone has any of the items sitting in a closet that they could turn into cash before I buy online. Items are listed below.

CELESTRON ADVANCED SERIES GT MOUNT (CG-5)
Two 11 lb. counterweights (AVX counterweights take the same size shaft)
Cigarette Lighter or USB power chord
Photography Light bag for carrying mount stand

9.25 SCT
Heated Dew Shield
2" Televue 90 Degree
24mm Lens Cap for finder scope
Case for 9.25 SCT
