Hey guys I was just curious who all is going down to CGO this weekend? From the clear outside it should be good both days but Saturday is going to be clearer. Tomorrow night might be good for a couple of hours or so. Just curious which day people are thinking of going down.

Keep a watch on the CGO forum to see if there are any reports as to how much the driveway/parking lot and field have dried up. If they are really wet yet we would request people abstain from driving on them and causing big ruts. Honest... this is not as bad a request as you may be thinking! Years ago before the gravel parking was put in, every last one of us had to park along the side of the road on Dodge County A and schlep our equipment down onto the observing field!

So in other words you're not requesting people not to go but to respect the wishes of the board. Those wishes are to park on the road.

Huh? I'm saying feel free to go to CGO, but please try to avoid to make tire ruts in squishy muddy clay.
