Trouble with Celestron Nextstar Evolution 9.25

I have been unable to accurately align with Nextstar controller, StarSense controller or with sky safari. Reprogrammed firmware. I’m exasperated. Anyone that can help??? Hi Bill, This is frustrating. Perhaps we can get together sometime soon. I see you've tried two different controllers / systems. So the issue could be with the mount, motors, encoders, slippage, or it could be something in the technique - which I've been guilty of in the past. Maybe the easiest way is to get together to give it a shot. I'll e-mail.
