Historical artifact for sale-1969 moon landing article

there is a framed 1969 article "US puts first man on moon" from the pioneer press. It is yellowed but intact and readable, glass is broken. Asking price is 30 bucks at an estate sale at 2015 century (highway 120) in Oakdale, near the Blue ribbon Bait store. This is a couple miles north of I94 and Tanners lake, and a mile or so south of Hwy 5.
