ATM at the MN State Fair

I don't think this has been posted -- if so, forgive the repetition.

If you're going to the MN State Fair, be sure to visit the Creative Activities building (the one with the sewing/crafts/baking/canning entries). Look in the big glass case at the north end of the building where oversized items are displayed. You'll see a whopping big homemade telescope and mount.

It looks like a 6" refractor in a wood box OTA atop a massive wood mount. I didn't write down the name of the craftsman who made it, but I believe he won a ribbon for it. Take a look!
