Just a reminder that instead of having a field trip or meeting this month we are encouraging all of the B-SIG participants to join us at Camping with the Stars, August 21-23 at Eagle Lake Observatory. Here is the link to the event page: http://www.mnastro.org/camping-with-the-stars/

If you haven't registered for a camping spot you should do so soon. We have had a great response from the public this year.

Bring your telescope and set it up either next to the plaza or on the ball field next to your tent. We will have a telescope clinic on Friday night from 7-9 if you need assistance with your scope. There will be a speakers all weekend talking on a variety of topics.

Don't forget that the B-SIG hosts the Cookout Dinner on Saturday evening. We encourage anyone who is attending to bring a dish to share. This can be a salad, bars, cookies, chips, veggie or fruit tray, you name it!

We're looking forward to seeing you all at CWTS. It will be a great event!
