CGO Tonight Nov 4

Well, Joan & I are packed and ready to go to CGO. Steve is also planning to come. Hey, it's November, we aren't supposed to be observing so this is a special treat.

We knew of course that the moon would be up for awhile. However, it was a good night. There were 8 of us at CGO. Several of us working in Cassiopeia to be away from the moon. Brandon was putting the 14 SCT through it's paces and came up with some suggestions for improvement. Around 10:45 the dew won. Even eyepieces with heaters were losing as batteries gave their last. It was still nice to think that we were observing in November at CGO.
