This month's topic is: What's A Deep Sky Object

We will be exploring the various kinds of deep sky objects, what's they're made of, what gives them their shapes and color, and their sizes and distances.

The presentation includes many excellent deep sky images provided by MAS members Valts Triebergs and Nick Hartman. It is focused on beginner level amateur astronomers, but there's enough material to interest intermediate ones as well...

As always, if you have a telescope you help learning how to set it up and/or use... bring it along and we'd be happy to take a look at it.
